If you would like to volunteer to help at Bear Bash, please sign up here.
Wristbands include entry and activities. Children under kindergarten age are admitted free of charge. Performers receive complimentary entry along with one designated chaperone.
Foam Party
We are so excited to have our first foam party! In order for your Black Bear to participate in the fun we will need a parent to come check in with their student. We will require a parent signature for all students to participate. Below are the session times by grade.
7:00 Littles through 1st Grade
7:20 2nd through 3rd Grade
7:40 4th, 5th and Older

Silent Auction
Your silent auction participation benefits the school by supporting community building activities and programs, educational field trips, classroom and campus enrichment, teacher and staff appreciation and much more!

Laser Tag Waiver
Save time at the event by filling out the Laser Tag Waiver here.
Child Safety
Childcare is not included with admission. Please supervise your little Black Bears. Should a "lost bear" situation arise, we will make an announcement at the DJ booth. For older black bears, have a plan in place for periodic check-ins. You may also consider writing an attending parent/ guardian's name and one number on your child's admission wristband.
First aid is available at all water stations thanks to Methodist Healthcare Ministries.
